Marta Lederman Rub has founded and managed several successful companies and brings with her extensive expertise in management and general support to deliver to clients a single point of contact where they find state-of-the-art performance and revenue enhancing services. Marta has over 15 years’ personal experience in her field. Her legal background provides additional value to clients requiring transactional, due diligence and general support.
Marta founded Hanna Consulting, Inc., a consulting company specializing in providing the highest level of sales and marketing, legal, financial and general business support and strategy solutions to small and mid-sized companies, namely in the contact center industry. Hanna brought together the best experts in every discipline to deliver to its clients significant experience in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) space to ensure that its clients receive the maximum return on their investment (ROI) in their direct marketing acquisition efforts.
Prior to breaking out on her own, Marta served as Managing Director and Corporate Counsel for one of the nation’s premier contact centers, from 1997 through November, 2002. She was responsible for supporting all areas of the company and its related entities, including operations, financial, legal, compliance, administrative and technology. She was part of the team that grew the company from 200 active telemarketing stations to approximately 2500 seats. Marta established and managed strategic partnerships in order to expand the company’s opportunities domestically and internationally. She initiated, developed and managed partnerships with leading local companies in Latin America, the Caribbean and Canada.
Marta graduated Cum Laude from Duke University and received her Jurist Doctorate degree from the University of Florida College of Law. She practiced complex commercial litigation at two of the finest boutique legal practices in Miami, Florida, from 1989 through 1997.
Marta has been very involved in her community. She is a founding member of the Equal Opportunities in the Profession Section of the Florida Bar and chaired its Anti-Discrimination Sub-Committee from 1996 through 1999. She was nominated by the Mayor of the Town of Golden Beach to serve on the Charter and Ordinance Review Board where she served from 1997 through 2000. Ms. Rub is currently the Parent Liaison for the K-kids and Builder’s Club Chapters (sub-chapters of Kiwanis International Service Club) for Sunny Isles Beach K-8 Community School.
