Greg McFarlin is a seasoned professional who has 30+ years of operating and business development experience. His background includes 10 years of profit and loss success (General Manager/COO type positions), 13+ years building and leading Business Development organizations, 17 years in executive call center operations and 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience. Greg has successfully led software development in a 6-Sigma environment, successfully led company-wide reengineering efforts of global operations leading to significant savings, quality improvements, and higher customer loyalty and profitability. Greg started his career with General Motors and since has worked with Motorola, American Express, Household Financial Services (pre HSBC) supporting the GM Credit card, APAC supporting the United Parcel Service’s call center and back office operations. Greg has successfully led corporate restructurings and has started up two companies which were sold successfully.
